Finally also re-released on CD, the legendary debut-album by the Canadian act, sold out and deleted on CD for long. Limited to 300 copies in 3 panel digipak (unnumbered, black & white print).

The debut release from Canadian Traitrs is a bleak journey that touches on the dark post-punk of The Cure and Bauhaus. The driving percussion, reminiscent of kindred spirit The Soft Moon, pushes these songs on top spidery guitar lines and heavy bass. The album is dark and laborious, yet refreshingly so; there are no glossy fairy tales here, instead we are left to consider the painfully cumbersome reality of the human existence. The 7 tracks are a collection of propulsive, goth-influenced post-punk that immediately recalls acts like Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus and Pornography-era The Cure.
