The Dreamside have initially been a staple in the gothic rock and darkwave genres with albums like “Pale Blue Lights” (Eastwest/Deathwish) and “Apaika” (Nuclear Blast) getting excellent reviews, and gradually incorporating more metal oriented sounds, with further albums like “Mirror Moon” (Serenades Rec.), “Spin Moon Magic” (Dancing Ferret disks) and “Lunar Nature” (Lion Music), with the latest album ‘The sorrow bearing Tree’ being launched on their own, newly formed Spin Moon Label.

“Dreams beyond the Veil” is a compilation of tracks from these various albums, with tracks from the earlier period like Apaika or Open Your Eyes (featuring The Cruxshadows’ Rogue on vocals) . up to tracks from the last album like Miracle Days, all for the first time on vinyl, fully remastered for the occasion.

On the live side of things, The Dreamside have played the Wave-Gotik Treffen 3 times, head- lined the sold out Dracula's Ball in Philadelphia, done numerous shows with The Crüxshadows, as well as with Das Ich, In Extremo, Samael, Epica, Dark Funeral, and a number of festivals in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, as well as a US tour during the Apaika era, establishing a firm fan base.
